Return policy

Products made to order

Rosadélie creations are handmade, made to order, according to the customer's choices.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for personalized or made-to-order products.

 

Order cancellation

As the creations are made to order, no cancellation is possible once the order has been validated .
No refund will be issued for an order cancelled by the customer after validation.

 

Order modification

Any request for modification must be made immediately after the order.
Rosadélie reserves the right to refuse any modification if:

• The creation process has already begun.
• the materials have been prepared or ordered,
• The modification impacts the initial design.

No changes can be accepted once production has begun.

 

Damaged products

In case of damage related to transport:

• Contact us within 48 hours at contact@rosadelie.fr
• Please attach photos of the package and the product.

A suitable solution will be proposed depending on the situation (replacement, repair or other solution depending on feasibility).

 

No return without prior agreement

No returns will be accepted without written confirmation from Rosadélie.
Any package returned without prior agreement will be refused.
