These terms and conditions govern sales made on rosadelie.fr.

 

2. Products

Handcrafted creations made to order.
Variations possible between photos and the final product.

 

3. Price

Prices in euros including VAT.
Delivery costs added at the time of order.

 

4. Order

Any order implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Rosadélie may refuse an order in case of payment issues.

 

5. Payment

Secure payments via Shopify.

 

6. Production times

7 to 14 business days.
Vary depending on the period and complexity.

 

7. Delivery

Delivery via Colissimo.
Rosadélie is not responsible for delays, losses or damages related to the carrier.

Address provided by the customer: it must be accurate.
Reshipment costs in case of address error.

Damaged parcel: report within 48 hours with photos.

 

8. Express delivery

Possible upon prior request.
Additional fees.
Must be validated before ordering.

 

9. Right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for personalized products (Art. L221-28).
No returns possible.

 

10. Cancellation and modification

No cancellation possible once validated.
No modification if creation has started or materials are prepared.

 

11. Complaints

Report within 48 hours with photos.
Adapted solution depending on the situation.

 

12. Delivery errors

Claim on the day of delivery or the first business day.
Beyond: refused.

 

13. Intellectual property

Creations and visuals: property of Rosadélie.

15. Dispute resolution

16. Applicable Law

French law.
Competent French courts.

 

17. Consumer Mediation 

In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may freely resort to the consumer mediator with whom Rosadélie is affiliated:
